Parker, Ginobili lead Spurs past Knicks (AP)

The newcomers haven't come around as quickly as hoped, causing San Antonio's so-so start to the season. Good thing the Spurs can rely on their championship trio of Tony Parker, Manu Ginobili and Tim Duncan until the new guys figure it out.
